The Practice is a mixed billing and is offering bulk billing only to Pension and health care and DVA card holders, children under 16 and students. Private fees apply to both face to face and telephone/telehealth consults. Fees are to be settled after your consult at reception. For telephone and telehealth consults, our staff will contact you for payment.
Our fees are displayed in the waiting room and an average gap payment will be around $30 depending on the length of appointment and any additional services provided. We have an EFTPOS terminal with TYRO to facilitate payment and claim of Medicare rebate by patients. Your rebate will be paid directly into your Medicare registered Bank Account.
Any procedures or tests will carry additional charges in line with the AMA schedule of fees.
Medicare Safety Net
Did you know you can register as a family for the Extended Medicare Safety Net? This allows you to reach the safety net threshold sooner. Once you have reached the Extended Medicare Safety Net, you will receive a higher Medicare rebate.

Cancellations
Please call us 2 hours prior to your scheduled time if you cannot attend your appointment.
We work hard to provide our patients with quality care. If you cannot attend your appointment, please call us to cancel it so we can make that time available to another patient needing our help.
Fees for non-attendance will be charged as follows if the appointments cannot be filled:
$15.00 fee for a standard appointment, and $20.00 fee for long appointments. Please note these fees are not claimable to Medicare.
We accept Visa/Mastercard via EFTPOS. Medicare claims can be processed at time of payment.
